Maternal Mental Health therapy at Reframe You is intensive, and sessions are scheduled at least once a week. We also know that fathers experience this as well, in 10% of fathers have post partum depression and want to ensure fathers too are taken care of. We are here for you and your family and this is something we want to ensure you will not have to battle alone.

We use a strengths based approach, mindfulness, and incorporate a lot of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy into your sessions. We are eclective in our approach but do maintain tools to ensure you are working on yourself, your bond with your baby, and your family.

Reframe You therapists don’t take Maternal Mental Health issues lightly. We will do what needs to be done to ensure you are seen and will advocate for you and your family. This is something very familiar to us and we want to ensure you that it gets better, but you do need to get help.
