How We Work
At the core of our approach to therapy is a belief that you have the power to change your story.
We empower you to look into yourself and find the patterns that hold you back from living the life you deserve.
We named our practice Reframe You because negative thinking patterns can shape how we see ourselves and our circumstances. Reframing, a tool used in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, can help us examine those thoughts, consider new perspectives, and respond in healthier ways.
At Reframe You, we meet you where you are. We take time to understand your experiences, strengths, and goals so we can determine together what you want for yourself and your life.
Our approach is nonjudgmental, compassionate, and supportive. We want you to feel safe sharing your story. Healing takes time, but you do not have to do it alone. We are here to recognize your effort, support your growth, and help you build meaningful change.
Here’s what we believe about therapy:
This isn't about becoming someone "different."
Therapy is about learning to be the person you are meant to be. To be free from negative thoughts, and embrace your strengths.
The best investment you can make is in yourself.
Your mental health is just as important as your physical health.
You are inherently deserving of healthy, loving relationships.
You deserve a life full of color, happiness, and freedom from the restraints of anxiety and depression.
Get the support that’s right for you.
